1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via this online shop. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Acceptance of the order takes place immediately after submission by an automated confirmation email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email.

4. Prices and shipping costs

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may apply in addition and are shown separately during the order process.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (including Shopify Payments, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay). The purchase price is due for payment upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address you provide. Delivery times and any special features (e.g. production lead times for limited drops or made-to-order items) are communicated on the product pages or during the order process.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can find the details in our cancellation policy.

9. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

10. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Contract language and storage of the contract text

The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English. We store the contract text and send you the order details by email. The applicable terms and conditions can be viewed and retrieved on this page at any time.
